Ray Pavlik - Director/Master Coach

Pavlik completed his 23rd year as Coach of the Concord-Carlisle Boy’s Varsity Soccer Team. During that time his teams have won 13 DCL titles, 8 Sectional Titles, and 6 State Championships (2006, 2009, 2010, 2014, 2017, 2023).  This past season his team was undefeated at 20-0-1, won the Massachusetts Division 1 State Title and was ranked #1 in New England and #4 in the country by the United States Soccer Coaches Association .

 

Pavlik was selected as the EMASS Coach of the Year in 2005 and 2015, the 2006, 2017 and 2023 Coach of the Year by the Boston Globe, and the 2017 Massachusetts Boys Soccer Coach of the year by the MIAA and the National Federation of State High School Associations. In 2021 he was named Massachusetts large school coach of the year by the National Soccer Coaches Association. In 2020 Pavlik was named coach of the decade by the Boston Herald.  Pavlik was a four- year starter at Bates College.  He holds a National-level license with the NSCAA. Ray Pavlik is a science teacher at Concord-Carlisle High School.

David Hosford - Director/Master Coach

For the past 16 seasons David Hosford has served as the Head Coach of the Lincoln-Sudbury Boy’s Varsity Soccer Team.  During that time his teams has won the DCL 9 times and were state champions in 2015. He was selected as the EMASS Coach of the Year in 2010. He holds a National-level license with the NSCAA. Hosford was a four-year starter and captain at Amherst College. David Hosford is a History teacher at Lincoln-Sudbury High School


 

Dan McGrath - Director/Master Coach

Dan McGrath has served as the Head Coach of the Reading Memorial High School Boy’s Varsity Soccer Team for the past 17 seasons. The Rockets have qualified for the tournament in 9 of the past 13 seasons. He was selected as the Middlesex League and EMASS Coach of the Year in 2009. He currently holds a US Soccer "C" license and a National-level license with the NSCAA. Dan McGrath is a Health and Fitness teacher at Concord-Carlisle High School.

 

Charlie Livingstone - Master Coach

 

Charlie Livingstone took over as Head Coach of the Lexington High School Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team in 2024, leading the team to its first Middlesex League title in five years and earning Middlesex League Coach of the Year honors in his first season. A three-year starter at Wesleyan University, he was previously named Lower Hudson Valley Player of the Year while playing at Pelham Memorial High School (NY). In addition to his role at Lexington, Livingstone coaches the New England Amputee Soccer Team, helping to develop adaptive athletes at the highest level.

Livingstone teaches 8th-grade History at Ottoson Middle School in Arlington

Peter Fischelis - Master Coach

Coach Fischelis will be entering his 12th season as head coach for the CCHS Girls Varsity team. The 2023 past season was another successful campaign for the lady patriots.  The team won the Dual County League Championship and made it to the D1 state tournament quarter-finals, before losing to the eventual champion, finishing the season with a 15-4-3 record.


"Coach Fisch" has been involved in soccer all his life. He attended CCHS where he captained the men's team and was the team MVP.  He then went on to play at Kenyon College where he captained the team his senior year and was voted first team All Conference and All Mid-East.  He stayed on as assistant coach for a year after graduating and then went on to coach the Lincoln-Sudbury HS Men's team for five years, where he won three DCL Championships and was twice voted coach of the year. Fischelis holds a National Diploma Coaching License from the NSCAA.

David Baumritter - Master Coach

Baumritter completed his 21st year as coach of the Acton-Boxborough Boy's Varsity Soccer Team. During that time he has guided the team to 5 DCL titles, 3 sectional finals (2004, 2005, 2014), 2 Eastern Mass finals (2004, 2005) and the state finals in 2005. David was also a coach with NEFC from 2009-2013 and was part of the coaching staff for the NEFC U17 team that appeared in the Region 1 finals in 2012.  He holds an advanced National Diploma with the NSCAA. David played collegiately at the University of Richmond.


 

Steve Wells - Goalie Coach

Wells has served as goalie coach at Concord-Carlisle High School for the past 18 seasons. During that time he has helped lead the Patriots to 5 State Titles and had trained multiple goalies that have gone on to play at the collegiate level. Steve is a 1999 graduate of CCHS and played on the 1998 team that went to the State Finals. Steve played four years of collegiate soccer at Connecticut College.
